When someone leaves

People move, seasons end, and rosters change. When someone leaves your group, remove them from the Members page.

From that moment their access ends, including the archive. The letters were written for those who belong, and belonging is honored in both directions.

What they contributed while they belonged remains. A prayer they shared or a note of thanks in a past letter stays in that letter, because past letters are kept as they were. If someone asks for their information to be removed entirely, write to us and we will honor it properly.
