Roster and invitations

The Members page is your group's roster. Everyone who belongs, with the name they go by in your group and, if you choose to keep it, their birthday.

Invite by email. Each person accepts their own invitation and belongs from that moment. Members receive the letter and can return to the group's archive. Leaders can also shape the letter, tend the care tracker, and manage the roster. A group can have more than one leader, and shared leadership is often the healthiest kind.

Someone who already has an account and cannot find their way back in does not need a new invitation. Under "A way back in," choose their name and press "Send sign-in link." They get an email that names you and the group, and one click signs them in. No password needed. The link is theirs to keep. It stays good for a year, or until you send them a new one, and it stops working if they leave the group. The same link is offered on each person's page.

Receiving email and belonging are two different things. Anyone can stop the email at any time and remain a member. If someone has stopped the email, Threshold will not let it be turned back on for them from your side. That choice is theirs.
