Members
Members without email
Not everyone who belongs uses email. That is no reason to leave them off the roster. You can list a person by name, with a phone number if you have one, so they are part of the group and counted like anyone else.
A listed member needs a name and at least a phone or an email. You can add someone this way one at a time or as part of a whole list, an Excel or PDF roster or rows you type. Everyone is shown for you to check before anyone is added. People already known to your organization join the group directly, and anyone else is recorded as a listed member with whatever name and phone you have.
No one is emailed by this. A listed member is on the roster and part of the group, but they will not receive the letter by email while there is no address for them. Inviting people to make their own account is always a separate step, taken when you are ready.
Add an email for a listed member later and they can claim their own account and begin receiving the letter. Until then they are still counted, still one of yours, held on the roster by name. Belonging does not wait on an inbox.
