Email & Anti-Spam Policy

Threshold sends email only to serve the groups that use it. We don't sell email addresses, we don't send unsolicited bulk marketing, and we honor opt-outs promptly.

• Group newsletters — the weekly (or periodic) newsletter from a group you belong to, sent because you are a member of that group.
• Invitations — when a group leader or organization representative invites you to join a specific group.
• Account and sign-in messages — sign-in links, email verification, and important account or service notices.
• Occasional important group notices — for example, a time-sensitive notice a leader sends to the group.

We do not send unrelated advertising or third-party marketing.

You receive email from Threshold because you joined a group, were invited to a group by a leader or organization representative, were added to a group's list by its leader, or created an account. Your email address is used to deliver your group's communications and to operate your account.

Leaders may add only people they have a real relationship with, who would reasonably expect to hear from the group. Adding strangers or purchased lists is not allowed and leads to sending being paused.

Every newsletter includes a working unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time without signing in, and we will stop sending you that group's newsletter promptly and within the time required by law. If you belong to more than one group, unsubscribing from one group's newsletter may not unsubscribe you from other groups' newsletters. You may still receive essential account, sign-in, security, or service messages necessary to operate or close your account. To stop all email or to delete your account, contact admin@otlcreative.com (or use your account page).
