Keeping documents
Documents is where your group keeps its papers. Lesson and sermon notes, readings, a covenant or bylaws, the minutes of a meeting. Whatever the group holds onto, it lives here in one place, and your members can always find it.
You upload. Each document gets a title, a short description if it helps, and the file itself. Members read and download, and that is all they do here. Nothing appears until you post it, and anything you remove leaves the list.
It takes the everyday file types your group is likely to keep. A PDF, an image, a Word or Excel file, up to 25 megabytes each. Files stay private to the group. When a member opens or downloads one, Threshold uses short-lived access rather than leaving the file at a permanent public address.
Documents is a section you can turn on or off in Settings. When it is off the page is simply not there, and your files wait untouched until you turn it back on. Keep what the group needs to keep, and leave the rest.
