The prayer list
The prayer list is what your group is holding in prayer, gathered in one place so a request carried this week is not lost by the next.
Anyone in the group can share a request. A member's request arrives held with the leaders, not shown to the whole group, so nothing personal is made public by accident. From your working page you see every active request split by that plain fact, what is shared with the group and what is held with leaders. Each can carry a name for who or what it is for, though a name is never required.
Making a request visible to the whole group is a deliberate act, never a default. From your working page, you choose when a request is ready to be published to the group. Members see only what has been shared with them, and the member page holds nothing to click, no reactions and no tally of who prayed. They read, and they pray.
When a season passes you mark a request answered, adding a word about how if you would like, and it moves to Answered with thanks. From there it goes to the archive, which keeps the whole record and prints as a list you can carry into a room. The point is never administration. It is so that what was carried on Sunday is still held on Thursday, by the whole team, and so that answered prayer stays remembered rather than quietly let go.
