Who receives the letter

Threshold keeps watch on whether the letter is arriving. The Delivery page holds the answer in one line, how many of your members the newsletter reaches.

Anyone the letter cannot reach is named, with the reason in plain words. Some people have no email on file. Some have chosen not to receive email, and that choice is honored. Sometimes mail to an address starts coming back undelivered, and the page says since when. And sometimes a single send did not go through even though the address still works. Those you can retry from the issue page.

Members who are receiving normally stay inside the count and are never listed. The page states how things stand. It keeps no score.

A published issue and the members page point here when someone is not receiving. If sending is paused for your group, the page says so, and new sends wait until it is resumed.
