Caring for people is work that deserves to be visible. The care tracker is where your leadership team keeps sight of it.

Each situation gets an entry. What kind of need it is, who among the leaders is walking with it, what practical help is organized, and how it resolves. The tracker holds this whether or not any of it ever appears in a letter. Many situations never do, and that is right.

Care entries can carry a signup link for meals or support, notes for the record, and a resolution when the season passes. The point is never administration for its own sake. It is so that what was carried on Tuesday is still held on Friday, by the whole team, not one person's memory.
