Consent and visibility

Nothing about a person reaches the letter without their consent. This is not a setting you can miss. Threshold will not include a care item in any letter unless consent has been recorded and the item has been marked for members to see.

Every care entry has a visibility. Most are seen by the leadership team only. Some, with consent, are shared with the whole group. The most sensitive are held by the one leader walking with the situation, and by organization leadership only if the situation is raised to them.

When consent is recorded, Threshold keeps who gave it, when, and how. The record is honest and it stays. What someone trusted you with is treated as trust, at every layer of the product.
