This week, as it gathers

Your newsletter is alive all week, not just on the day you send it. This is where it gathers. Everything member-safe that has been added since the last one you sealed shows here, in the order it will read when the week is complete.

You can drop things in as the week happens. Share a note, add an event, add a prayer, and each one takes its place in the letter that is forming. Members can read this same page as the week accumulates, but they cannot edit it, so nothing is a surprise when the letter arrives. What you see here uses the same issue view the published letter will use. It is the same letter, only unsealed.

When the week is ready, you publish. That is the weightier act, distinct from the small midweek additions. Publishing freezes this week into your group's archive and opens a fresh one, empty again, ready to gather. If the week is still empty there is nothing to seal, and that is fine. The page still holds its shape, each section keeping its place until something fills it.

Some things stay out of this view by design. Care carried on behalf of your people is not a live feed, so it does not accumulate here. The letter that gathers in this room is the one your whole group will read, and it waits, quietly, for the moment you decide it is whole.
