The guide

Your group's pages come with a guide. It sits behind the Help link, and you can ask it plain questions about how anything here works. It is automated, and it says so when you first meet it.

What it can see. The guide reads these help pages for readers, when and where your group meets as shown on its own pages, and which parts of the group are switched on, such as whether there is a calendar or a prayer list. That is the whole list.

What it cannot see. It cannot see the list of members, anyone's contact details, care, prayer requests, or anything another person has written. It cannot see any other group. If you ask about these, it will say so honestly rather than guess.

What it changes. Nothing. The guide cannot post, send, edit, or remove anything, for you or for anyone else. It only helps you find your way.

Some things belong with a person. Questions about another member, about someone's situation, or about anything the guide cannot see are worth bringing to your group's leader. The guide will say so warmly and leave it with you.

What is kept. The conversation is not saved. When you leave the page, it is gone. A simple count of questions is kept so the guide stays available for everyone. Nothing you type trains any AI model.
