Admin oversight

Organization admins can see across every group in their organization. What leaders see in their own group, an admin can see in all of them. This is oversight in the pastoral sense, the ability to know how the groups are doing and where care is being carried.

Oversight is not membership. An admin does not appear on a group's roster, does not receive its letter, and is not counted among its members. If an admin also belongs to a group in ordinary life, they join it like anyone else.

The most sensitive care entries stay sealed even from admins, unless the leader walking with the situation raises it to organization leadership. Trust has layers, and the product keeps them.
