Your group's look

Every group's letter has a look. A room it is written in, with its own type and warmth, and an accent color that is the group's own.

Choose from the rooms in Look settings and see the letter change as you do. The look belongs to the letter and the surfaces your members see. The working side of Threshold stays plain on purpose, so the beauty is spent where your people are.

Groups inside an organization begin with the organization's look, so a church's groups feel like one household. A group can still be given its own accent within it. Decorative imagery can be turned off entirely for groups that want the letter spare.

Winding a group down. If a group has run its course, you can archive it from your settings. Archiving takes it off its public page, off search, and off the door you pick when you sign in, and it stops sending. Nothing is deleted. Every letter, photo, and record is kept, and you can reopen the group whenever you want. There is no permanent delete you press yourself, so a group is never lost by accident. If one truly needs to be erased for good, that is a support request.
