The group's maintenance list

When your community takes on work, a repair, an improvement, a project with a season to it, the maintenance page lists what your leaders have chosen to share. They keep the list, and you read it.

Each item says what the work is, where it stands, and who is carrying it, a vendor or a neighbor who stepped up. When plans change the list changes with them, so what you see is the current state of things.

You can report something too. A broken fixture, a fallen limb, anything that needs attention. Say what it is and where, and it goes to your leaders so they can see to it. Your report shows in your own list with where it stands, from with your leaders through to taken care of, so you always know it was seen.

If there is a money side, it stays with the leaders and never appears here.

If you do not see a Maintenance page, your group has not turned it on, and that is fine.
