Billing and coverage

Threshold is free during the beta. When the beta ends in October, paid plans begin for groups that choose to continue, and every new group's first month is free.

Coverage is by group. When a plan lapses, nothing disappears. There is first a season of grace where everything still works, and after it the group rests. A resting group can still be read. Every past letter stays up for its members, and your records stay yours. What pauses is the new work, publishing, sending, and inviting, until coverage returns.

Nothing is ever deleted for non-payment. Set up or manage your plan from the billing page, and write to us if anything about coverage is unclear.
